Talent development

SDU and OUH are large educational institutions, and we must jointly train, develop and qualify employees for the future healthcare system and broadly for the healthcare sector.

We train well-qualified employees in the health professional areas with a strong understanding of health and knowledge of how the health service works. And we train healthcare professionals who have both strong generalist and specialist skills.

It is a common ambition to expand the educational collaboration across all faculty disciplines - particularly aimed at educating and forming the future talents for the health field.

More students across faculties must be inspired and/or invited to write a thesis in the health field. We will publish prize assignments to increase thesis activity across the board. And the students must be regularly invited to hackathons and other innovation events.
